Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be marked as a no-show, and the session will be automatically closed and fully charged.
Emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Payments must be successfully processed to reserve or continue sessions. The client is responsible for all platform fees related to failed or disputed transactions.
